2. Client Responsibilities

• Your business activities are legal and compliant with Indian laws

• You will not use our services for fraudulent, prohibited, or high-risk activities

• You are solely responsible for the nature of transactions processed through your payment gateway

3. Payments and Fees

• All fees paid to OnceWeb are for consultation, development, and onboarding support

• Payments are non-refundable once the work has been initiated

• Any third-party charges (payment gateway, bank, API provider) are separate and payable by the client

4. Third-Party Services

OnceWeb works with third-party payment gateways, banks, and service providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Approval or rejection of your payment gateway account

• Suspension or termination by payment partners

• Bank account freezes or regulatory actions

• Chargebacks or disputes arising from your business transactions

These decisions are made solely by the respective third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnceWeb shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial loss due to payment gateway suspension or rejection

• Loss caused by incorrect information provided by the client

• Delays caused by third-party verification processes

6. Cancellation of Service

OnceWeb reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if:

• False or misleading documents are provided

• The business is found to be prohibited or non-compliant

• The client fails to cooperate during the process

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, and materials developed by OnceWeb remain the property of OnceWeb until full payment is received.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts.
