Refund Policy

At OnceWeb (https://onceweb.in), we provide digital services such as website development, payment gateway onboarding assistance, API integration, and business consultation.

Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to OnceWeb are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.

This is because:

  • Resources and technical team are assigned immediately after payment

  • Consultation and documentation process starts instantly

  • Digital services cannot be reversed once delivered

  • Time, effort, and technical setup costs are involved from the beginning

2. When Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If OnceWeb fails to start the work within 7 working days after payment

  • If a duplicate payment is made by the client by mistake

  • If OnceWeb is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal limitations

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of OnceWeb management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Payment gateway or bank rejects or suspends the application

  • Delay due to incomplete documents or non-cooperation from client

  • Client changes mind after process initiation

  • Business found to be prohibited or non-compliant

  • Chargebacks or disputes arising from client’s business transactions

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
